Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 3-8 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where they are going. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays once the gift box has been sent out with our carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders delivered within the USA.
Can I ship to multiple different addresses in one order?
Unfortunately, our site does not have the ability to ship to multiple addresses. You will have to purchase each box separately for each address.
Can I return my product?
All gift box sales are final (but trust us, they will love it). We don't accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason a product is received damaged or broken, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will be happy to assist you.
Do the boxes come with a note?
All boxes have the option of being sent with a personalized note. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.
Do the products in the box ever change?
The products in each box may vary based on availability, but the essence, intentionality, and quality will always remain the same.
Do you ship items that can met during the summer months?
We try to minimize the number or products available on our site that have the potential to melt. That being said, there are items in gift boxes that are subject to melting and purchasing these are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and we are unable to issue refunds as a result of melting.
